Scott joined HighPoint in 2013 and provides overall strategic direction for contract delivery for over 15 government clients ensuring that HighPoint fulfills the requirements of each customer contract and services exceed expectations for agencies and citizens. He provides effective communication and process alignment for all workflows, including technical oversight and planning for future projects.
Prior to joining HighPoint, Scott was a Senior Manager at Sprint where he supported an international base of wireless customers, including federal government agencies, and led a 24×7 call center. His accomplishments included increasing customer issue resolution from 85% to over 90% and supporting over 17,000 government contacts per month.
Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts and Sciences Business Management and Management Information Systems degrees from Dallas Baptist University.
