With the company since 2008, Mike brings more than 30 years of experience in technology, product development, and operations. Previously, Mike was a senior consultant and Program Manager leading technical, enterprise-wide projects including HighPoint’s internal CMMI certification.
Prior to joining HighPoint, Mike held leadership positions with Sigma Micro, an ecommerce managed solutions provider, responsible for delivery and integration of IT services and solutions to strategic stakeholders with a focus on high profile retailers.
Notable successes include the successful startup of the Lands’ End Japan call center and distribution center, the launch of Gap Direct / Banana Republic catalog operations and support of multi-channel, direct commerce initiatives, and the integration of technology solutions within the Eastbay/Footlocker.com distribution center.
Mike has worked with companies from several industries including healthcare, public and private sector, and retail infrastructure.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Milligan College and is a certified Project Management Professional.
