HighPoint Vice President of Operations, Doug Taylor, is scheduled to speak at the International Customer Management Institute’s (ICMI) Contact Center Demo event in Las Vegas.
Taylor’s presentation, called “Contact Center Training Strategies for the Digital Adult Learner,” will look at the different approaches that the training industry is taking, such as micro-learning and gamification, to produce high quality call center agent training. Participants will learn how to combine these modern training techniques with traditional adult learning principles to create training programs that make a difference in agent performance.
ICMI Contact Center Demo is a 3-day educational event providing contact center professionals and leaders with the latest and most effective best practices and technologies being implemented across the customer service field.
