Company dedicated to growing central Indiana employee base to deliver citizen-centric digital services for government clients
Indianapolis – November 15, 2018 – HighPoint Global, LLC, a leading provider of customer experience and digital solutions for government agencies, announced plans today to expand its Indianapolis operations, creating up to 60 new high-wage jobs by the end of 2021 to support its subsidiary HighPoint Digital.

HighPoint helps government agencies improve citizen services and digital touchpoints through which citizens interact with government. The combined company provides enterprise-scale information technology services and digital solutions to support government transformation initiatives and end-to-end citizen experience (CX) touchpoints. While headquartered in Indianapolis, the company boasts a large presence in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore areas to support government clients.
HighPoint has nearly 350 employees, with 111 based in Indianapolis. The company plans to hire instructional designers, project managers, systems administrators, media developers and other Indianapolis positions for its HighPoint Digital subsidiary in the coming months. The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered HighPoint up to $630,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $100,000 in training grants based on the company’s job creation plans. These incentives are performance-based, meaning until Hoosiers are hired, the company is not eligible to claim incentives. In addition, the city of Indianapolis offered up to $24,000 in performance-based training grants at the recommendation of Develop Indy, a business unit of the Indy Chamber.
